FlipKey sweepstakes: win a week in a fabulous vacation home!

Well, here we go: this is my first sweepstake-linking blog-post, and it's a really good one.

FlipKey, a vacation-rental company with over 150 000 properties worldwide, has a contest on right now called "Flippin' Awesome Vacation Giveaway". (You have to be over 18, and a US-resident to enter.) The grand prize is indeed awesome: one week's stay in one of three vacation homes located in Bali, Costa Rica or Tuscany.

I've written about my preference for vacation rentals over hotels before. When you're traveling with kids, it's often just easier and more enjoyable to stay in a more home-like environment rather than a hotel room. The homes featured in the contest are obviously a step-up from the homes most of us live in, but hey, the kids can probably deal with that, right?
